1. About MAHADEVA V8R PRO

MAHADEVA V8R PRO ("the Software", "the Product", "we", "us", or "our") is a technical charting and chart visualization software designed for use within the TradingView platform. The Software is an educational tool that helps users visualize chart patterns, technical indicators, and reference zones on financial market charts.

MAHADEVA V8R PRO is NOT an investment advisory service, signal-providing service, or financial recommendation system. We are not SEBI-registered investment advisors.

2. License and Access

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the Software on your registered TradingView account, subject to the following:

• The license is personal and tied to a single TradingView username
• You may not share, redistribute, resell, copy, or sublicense the Software
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• The license remains valid for as long as TradingView platform continues to support invite-only scripts
• Misuse or sharing of the Software will result in immediate revocation of access without refund

3. Purchase and Payment

All purchases are processed through our authorized payment partners. By purchasing the Software, you agree that:

• The purchase price is clearly stated at checkout
• Payment is processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise
• Access is typically delivered within 2-3 hours after successful payment verification
• You will provide a valid TradingView username to receive access

4. No Investment Advice — Important

MAHADEVA V8R PRO is a software tool, not a financial advisory service.

The Software:

• Does NOT provide investment advice, financial advice, or recommendations
• Does NOT issue buy/sell signals or trading calls
• Does NOT guarantee any profits, returns, or financial outcomes
• Does NOT replace consultation with a SEBI-registered financial advisor

Any chart patterns, technical markers, or visualizations shown by the Software are for educational and analytical purposes only. All trading and investment decisions remain solely your responsibility.

5. Risk Disclosure

Trading and investing in financial markets — including stocks, forex, commodities, indices, and cryptocurrencies — involves substantial risk of capital loss. Past performance of any chart pattern, technical indicator, or trading strategy does not guarantee future results.

You acknowledge that:

• You may lose part or all of your invested capital

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MAHADEVA Charting Systems, its team, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Software
• Any trading losses, missed opportunities, or financial damages
• Any technical issues, downtime, or delays in the TradingView platform
• Any decisions made based on chart visualizations provided by the Software

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Software immediately, without prior notice or refund, if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Share or redistribute the Software without authorization
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Misrepresent yourself or your purchase
